We use your purchase email, order details, selected products and payment status to fulfil purchases, provide download access, handle refunds and support you. Contact messages include the details you provide. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by this website.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments. Mailgun delivers transactional email. Amazon S3 stores downloadable files privately. MongoDB stores order and access records. Vercel hosts the site. Google reCAPTCHA may protect public forms against spam.

Your device

Your cart is stored in your browser’s local storage. Administrative sign-in uses a secure session cookie. Email download links contain private access tokens; do not share them. We disable click tracking on download emails.

Retention and rights

We retain records needed to deliver purchases, support customers and meet applicable accounting obligations. You can contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, or ask about deletion where permitted.

Controller information

The seller’s legal business details must be completed before live sales. The retention schedule and applicable international-transfer information must be completed before live sales.
